Seating Details

Place Cards, Escort Cards & Chair Cards

Seating details help guide guests with elegance, creating a cohesive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at the reception. This collection includes place cards, escort cards, and chair cards crafted in a variety of materials such as paper, acrylic, leather, tiles, shells, and other unique surfaces. Each piece is designed with thoughtful calligraphy and styling to complement the couple’s aesthetic while enhancing the overall tablescape.

Place cards begin at $3 each, with escort cards and specialty or nontraditional place cards beginning at $3.50 each. Final pricing varies based on the material, quantity, personalization, and design of each piece.

Wedding Signage

Wedding signage helps guide guests through the celebration while creating beautiful visual moments that complement the overall wedding design. From welcome signs and seating charts to bar and signature cocktail signs, guestbook signs, memorial signs, and other custom pieces, each sign is thoughtfully lettered to complement the couple’s aesthetic and the setting of the celebration.

Small tabletop signs begin at $45, welcome signs at $150, and bar or signature cocktail signs at $175. Custom seating charts begin at $250, with most hand-lettered seating charts ranging from approximately $250–$500+ depending on guest count, dimensions, materials, and layout.

Starting prices reflect calligraphy on client-provided or separately priced surfaces. Coordinated pieces, such as table numbers, may be priced as a collection rather than individually. Specialty materials, sourcing, fabrication, installation, delivery, and other project-specific needs are quoted separately.

Day-of Paper

Day-of paper brings cohesion, beauty, and intention to the wedding day by carrying the couple’s design aesthetic into every part of the celebration. This collection may include ceremony programs, menus, table numbers, handwritten vow pages, signage inserts, prayer or blessing cards, belly bands, ribbon wraps, wax seals, and other coordinating paper details designed to tie together the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Simple hand-personalized paper details such as place cards begin at $3 each, while handwritten vow pages in traditional dip-pen calligraphy begin at $75 per page. Programs, menus, and other repeated pieces are custom quoted based on quantity, materials, printing, personalization, assembly, and finishing.

Favors & Guest Touches

Favors and guest touches add personality and warmth to the wedding experience, offering meaningful keepsakes that guests can enjoy long after the celebration ends. This collection may include personalized coasters, engraved mini champagne or fragrance bottles, custom tags and keychains, wax seal favors, welcome bag tags, escort-style favors, and other curated pieces designed to complement the couple’s aesthetic.

Hand-calligraphed paper tags and small paper details begin at $3 each, with specialty-shaped or nontraditional escort-style pieces beginning at $3.50 each. Simple bulk engraving of client-provided favors begins at $5 per item with a 25-piece minimum.

More detailed engraving, leather personalization, painting, wax seals, specialty materials, sourced favors, and other custom personalization are individually quoted based on the item, quantity, materials, and complexity.
