Wedding calligraphy and stationery projects are custom quoted based on the pieces selected, quantities, materials, production methods, and level of customization.
Custom multi-piece wedding collections begin at $500. More extensive collections incorporating calligraphy, stationery, signage, and personalized details may range from $1,000–$3,000 depending on the scope of the celebration.
Hand-calligraphed envelope addressing begins at $5.50 per envelope, with wedding and volume pricing beginning at $4 per envelope for qualifying quantities.
Individual wedding pieces, heirloom calligraphy, and personalized gifts may also be commissioned à la carte and are not subject to the multi-piece collection minimum.
Custom design work is billed at $75 per hour when original artwork, concept development, material research, or sourcing is required. Custom stationery projects include a minimum of one hour of design time.
Wedding Stationary
Wedding stationery sets the tone for the celebration and carries the couple’s aesthetic from the first invitation through the wedding day. Wofford Calligraphy offers custom invitation suites, envelope addressing, place and escort cards, day-of paper, handwritten details, and other coordinating stationery created with thoughtful calligraphy and intentional design.
Whether incorporating traditional dip-pen calligraphy, custom layouts, or personalized finishing details, each piece can be tailored to complement the overall look and feel of the wedding. Wedding Details
Wedding details bring personality and refinement to the celebration, transforming meaningful moments into beautifully styled experiences. This collection includes place cards, escort cards, custom signage, seating charts, table numbers, bar and signature cocktail signs, and other intentional touches designed to complement the couple’s aesthetic and elevate the look and feel of the event.
From handcrafted calligraphy to painted or engraved accents, each detail is thoughtfully created for its purpose and setting. Place cards begin at $3 each, small tabletop signs at $45, and larger or more elaborate pieces are custom quoted based on materials, quantity, size, and design.
Live Wedding Personalization
Live calligraphy and on-site personalization bring an unforgettable, interactive touch to weddings by offering guests a one-of-a-kind keepsake created right before their eyes. Popular options include engraved glassware and fragrance bottles, leather keychains with foil or burned monograms, personalized coasters, custom favors, signature drink tags, escort card upgrades, and unique guest book alternatives. Each piece is personalized in real time, adding entertainment, elegance, and a meaningful takeaway for guests to enjoy long after the celebration.
Live wedding personalization is typically booked with a three-hour minimum at $250 per hour ($750).
Shorter activations may be accommodated depending on the wedding timeline, location, scope, and availability. Two-hour activations begin at $600 ($300 per hour), and one-hour activations begin at $450.
Local travel is included for many Houston-area weddings. A travel fee may apply for locations outside Beltway 8 and is quoted based on the event location. Destination weddings are also available, with travel arrangements and related expenses quoted separately.
Wedding Gifts & Heirloom Keepsakes
Gifts and heirloom keepsakes are created as meaningful, individual pieces for the couple and the people closest to them, rather than favors produced in quantity for wedding guests. This collection includes personalized gifts for parents, wedding party members, spouses, and loved ones, such as engraved glassware and bottles, custom calligraphy artwork, leather goods, painted pieces, frames, and other handcrafted keepsakes designed to be treasured long after the celebration.
Individual personalized gifts and keepsakes begin at $25. More elaborate calligraphy, engraving, painting, specialty materials, and sourced pieces are custom quoted based on the item, design, materials, and level of personalization.
