Wofford Calligraphy offers custom engraving, calligraphy, painting, leather personalization, wood burning, and handcrafted keepsakes alongside live on-site personalization for private events and luxury brand activations. Each service is tailored to the piece, occasion, or event, with an emphasis on thoughtful craftsmanship and meaningful personalization.
Live Event Pricing
Live personalization is typically booked with a three-hour minimum at $250 per hour ($750).
Shorter activations may be accommodated depending on the event location, schedule, scope, and availability. Two-hour activations begin at $600 ($300 per hour), and one-hour activations begin at $450.
Local travel is included for many Houston-area events. A travel fee may apply for locations outside Beltway 8 and is quoted based on the event location.
Wofford Calligraphy is also available for select destination events outside the Houston area. Travel arrangements and related expenses are quoted separately.
Luxury Brand & Retail Personalization
Luxury brand and retail personalization transforms an in-store event, product launch, or client experience into something memorable and distinctly personal. Wofford Calligraphy offers live engraving, bottle and box painting, leather personalization, calligraphy, foiling, and other on-site techniques tailored to the brand, product, and event experience.
From fragrance bottles and cosmetic packaging to leather goods, glassware, and other luxury products, each activation is thoughtfully designed to complement the brand while giving guests a personalized piece created just for them. Services are available for retail events, product launches, VIP experiences, client appreciation events, and other luxury brand activations.
Live Event Personalization
Live personalization brings an interactive, memorable element to events of all kinds, giving guests the opportunity to watch their piece being personalized on-site and leave with something created just for them. Services may include live engraving, calligraphy, leather personalization, foiling, painting, wood burning, and other techniques selected to suit the event and the items being personalized.
Live Event Personalization is available for corporate events, grand openings, client and employee appreciation events, realtor and model home events, private parties, community celebrations, brand events, and other special occasions. Each activation is tailored to the setting, guest experience, and goals of the event.
Personalized Gifts & Heirloom Keepsakes
Personalized gifts and heirloom keepsakes are created as meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, milestones, housewarmings, weddings, and other special occasions. Services may include engraved glassware and bottles, personalized frames, custom calligraphy artwork, leather goods, hand-painted pieces, wood burning, and other handcrafted keepsakes designed to be treasured for years.
Individual personalized gifts and keepsakes begin at $25. More elaborate calligraphy, engraving, painting, specialty materials, custom artwork, and sourced pieces are quoted based on the item, design, materials, and level of personalization.
