Place Cards
Place cards are used at the dinner table to show each guest exactly where to sit. These cards or objects are placed at the individual place setting and often become part of the tablescape design. They can be crafted from paper, acrylic, tiles, shells, leather, or other unique materials to match the couple’s aesthetic. Place cards offer a personal touch that helps guests feel welcomed and adds elegance and clarity to the reception setup.

Escort Cards
Escort cards are displayed during cocktail hour and tell guests which table they’ve been assigned to. Each card or tag includes the guest’s name and table number, allowing them to navigate to their seating area with ease. Escort cards can be designed in endless formats such as acrylic tags, tiles, paper cards, champagne wall tags, or even double-duty “escort favors” that guests take home. They are the first step in the seating experience and help organize guest flow beautifully.

Chair Cards
Chair cards are personalized signs or tags placed on the couple’s chairs at the reception. Often labeled with “Bride,” “Groom,” “Mr.,” “Mrs.,” or custom names or monograms, these pieces distinguish the couple’s seating and add a stylish touch to their table. Chair cards can be created in acrylic, paper, ribbon-tied cards, or hand-painted elements and are a subtle but meaningful detail that enhances the head table or sweetheart table.
